ABOUT

About

Product, UX, and systems work grounded in clear requirements and reliable delivery.

I work across product management, UX, WordPress engineering, and platform security. Nine years in, I've come to believe that clear requirements matter as much as the code itself.

What I'm best at

  • Turning ambiguous ideas into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Bridging business goals, design intent, and technical constraints before build starts.
  • Shipping systems with handover docs and runbooks so the next person can actually operate them.

Evidence from recent work

  • Built and maintained 60+ web products for SMEs, research teams, and SaaS contexts.
  • Cut downtime and attack surface on client environments by up to 70% through CDN, firewall, and hardening work.
  • Improved engagement by 40% on educational research interfaces through UX redesign and iterative validation.

How I work

  1. Discovery: define the problem, users, constraints, and non-goals.
  2. Requirements: write stories, acceptance criteria, and decision rationale.
  3. Delivery: balance UX quality with platform, security, and performance constraints.
  4. Handover: leave documentation thorough enough that teams can run and extend the system without me.
